Twelfth Night Kings Cake

"Roscon de Reyes" is a dessert, served the night or morning of Epiphany - January 6th-, when children in Spain receive gifts from the Wise Men or Magi, who brought baby Jesus gifts.
It is traditional to put surprises inside the "roscon": a porcelain figure of a baby and a dry bean are hidden in the dough. Whoever finds the baby will have good luck and be the king of the party, but if you find the bean, you pay for the cake!
